Welcome to eMovly (“Company,” “we,” “our,” “us”). These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your participation in the eMovly capital program.
By registering, contributing capital, or otherwise accessing our platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
eMovly operates a fleet of branded electric delivery bikes. These bikes are leased to established logistics and delivery service providers operating under contract with major global courier networks. These corporate partners are responsible for driver recruitment, training, and daily fleet deployment. The bikes are used to complete last-mile deliveries for some of the world’s largest delivery platforms. eMovly does not lease bikes directly to individual drivers or the general public. We work exclusively with vetted corporate partners who maintain their own driver networks.
2. What eMovly Does
eMovly pools capital from participants to acquire branded electric delivery bikes. These bikes are deployed through our corporate logistics partners. Net revenue from fleet operations is distributed to participants monthly.
3. Eligibility
To participate in the eMovly program, you must:
Be at least 18 years old
Complete our identity verification process (KYC)
Provide accurate and complete information
4. Capital Contribution & Participation
Contribution Range: Open to participants at various levels
Term Length: 12 months from date of contribution
Distributions: Paid every 30 days from your contribution date
Capital Return: Your full contribution amount is returned at the end of the 12-month term
Distribution Rates:
Standard Plan: 14%
Prestige Plan: 17%
5. How You Receive Payments
You may receive your monthly distributions via:
Bank Transfer: Paid directly to your bank account (any country)
USDT (Digital Wallet): Paid to your TRC20 or BEP20 wallet address
Your monthly profits are processed within 24 hours of each 30-day period from your investment date.

Regular payments every 30 days from your investment date
Full capital return after 12 months
Transparent reporting including monthly fleet updates
Dedicated support for all participants
7. Your Responsibilities
As a participant, you agree to:
Provide accurate and complete information during registration
Complete identity verification when requested
Maintain the security of your account login details
Notify us immediately of any unauthorized account activity
Comply with all applicable laws in your jurisdiction
8. Our Responsibilities
eMovly agrees to:
Deploy contributed capital toward the purchase of branded electric bikes
Maintain and manage the fleet through professional logistics partners
Lease bikes exclusively to qualified corporate delivery partners
Distribute net revenue to participants every 30 days
Return full capital at the end of the 12-month term
Provide regular fleet updates and transparency reports
9. Withdrawals & Reinvestment
During the Term: Your initial capital remains deployed for the full 12-month term. Monthly distributions may be withdrawn at any time.
At Term End: Your full capital is returned within 5 business days. You may choose to:
Withdraw all capital and stop participation
Reinvest all or part of your capital into a new 12-month term
10. Account Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account password and any wallet addresses associated with your participation.
We will never ask for your password or private keys.

11. Privacy & Data Protection
Your personal information is protected under our Privacy Policy.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your data. Only our core operations team has access to your information.

12. Intellectual Property
All content on the eMovly website – including logos, images, text, and graphics – is the property of eMovly and may not be used without our written permission.

13. Amendments to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through a notice on our website.
Continued participation after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales (for our UK entity) and South Africa (for local operations), depending on your jurisdiction of participation.
Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in London, United Kingdom, unless otherwise required by local law.
